Complex Legal and Title Issues
We take on and conquer complex legal and title issues others can’t. For example, we convinced a Florida court to overturn a divorce 5 years after the husband died. Our managing trustee is a retired paralegal and did this without an attorney.
More Than Just Inherited Property
We began this business helping families with inherited properties facing tax auctions. We still do that, but now we can rescue any homeowner facing a tax auction.
We Don’t Just Buy Real Estate
Many homeowners facing tax auctions want to keep their homes. So, we put together a program to help them do that.

Sure, we make money doing this, but the satisfaction of rescuing families from tax auctions and helping them stay in their homes is priceless.
From day one, we’ve dedicated 10% of our work to charity. Our key charity program is Parsonage Trust, where we transform abandoned real estate into homes for ministers and their families.
Service Area and Location
We serve all 67 Florida counties from our office in Land O’ Lakes, just north of Tampa.
